At FPC, we recognize that whether you are an existing member of our congregation, one of our affiliates, or simply gaining further knowledge about our church or our various ministries, you may be interested in understanding how we use the information you provide to us on this website.

• Access to information you provide to FPC through this website will be limited to those members of the church staff who need it to provide the service or information you are requesting. That limitation would not apply, of course, to situations where FPC is required to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the FPC Web Site or information provided to or gathered by FPC with respect to such use. Also, you should understand that FPC cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information that you submit.
• Our staff will make a reasonable review of this policy on a recurring basis to ensure it is being followed. Where appropriate, new staff will be educated about this policy, and existing staff will be asked to acclimate themselves to the policy's goals.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH First Presbyterian Church ("FPC") operates a variety of pages or sites on the World Wide Web (collectively referred to as the "FPC Web Site") to distribute information to members of our congregation and third parties, and to provide a forum for communication with the FPC staff.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Moore County, Texas, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the FPC Web Site, and you agree that this agreement is performable in Moore County, Texas. Use of the FPC Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and FPC as a result of this agreement or use of the FPC Web Site. FPC's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of FPC's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the FPC Web Site or information provided to or gathered by FPC with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
